钢管无凹模冲孔凸模结构设计与优化

摘    要:对钢管无凹模冲孔进行了实验研究,分别采用平凸模、凹凸模、尖凸模和斜凸模对圆钢管进行冲孔,分析了钢管无凹模冲孔时孔缘变形量的大小与凸模形式间的关系,提出了最佳凸模形状设计。实践证明:优化后的凸模在很大程度上减小了凹坑的塌陷量,提高了产品质量。

Abstract:A die without die plate was developed for the hole punching on steel pipe. Several types of punches, such as flat punch, concave punch, acuminate punch and inclined punch, were applied to forge the hole on the round steel pipe. The correlation of the amount of fringe deformation and punch type was analyzed, and the optimal punch shape was proposed. The application shows that the optimization can greatly reduce the dimple magnitude and improve the punching quality.
