摘    要:报道了加氢过程中反应压力、反应温度、反应空速及原料浓度对加氢效果的影响。通过采用自制的S105溶剂和选定的催化剂使原料树脂浓度达到50%(w),并得到软化点大于90℃,色相(赛波特)30~#及溴价小于2gBr_2/100g的水白色加氢石油树脂。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity and concentration of the feed resin on hydrogenation was discussed in detail. By using the solvent S105 developed by ourselves and the selected catalyst, we have been able to obtain from a solution containing 50% (w) of the feed resin a water white hydrogenated resin with a softening point of higher than 90℃, a color of 30 Saybolt, and a bromine number of below 2g Br_2 per 100g of sample.
