| Abstract: | At the begining,it propes into the problems,such as basic organizational forms of creative team develuped in high institutions, the function of scholarship leaders and structuve optimization, etc. It puts forward a solution for creative team development through strategy integration ,and gets analysis and study on the problems of advantage selection to the creative team and its mode of dnamic development,talent collection and system innovation, support system and environment construction, and soon. |
