摘    要:在超声波条件下,试验确定了钢丝除油除锈技术的清洗介质配方以及运行条件,并对超声波、化学(声化)协同除油除锈的机理进行了分析讨论。在超声波声化条件下,研究确定的低浓度酸性除油除锈清洗介质可在较低温度下,快速有效地去除钢丝表面的油污、铁锈和磷化膜;适当升高清洗液温度,可提高清洗效率。

Abstract:The suitable medium composition and running condition of the technology of removing oil and rust by ultrasonic were studied, the mechanism of the synergistic effect of ultrasonic and chemistry is discussed. The acidic medium could remove oil and rust at relatively low temperatures and in a short time due to the synergistic effect of ultrasonic and chemistry. Rising the temperature could improve the efficiency of removing oil and rust.
