基于Web框架的科技项目申报系统的设计与实现

轻量级J2EE(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)作为近年来流行的J2EE开发框架,不仅专注于减少程序代码的复杂性,而且还尽量避免在自身的功能实现中引入不必要的复杂性.本文根据当前项目申报、审批、管理的现状,采用目前广泛流行的MVC设计模式,结合项目申报管理系统特点,应用这种框架整合的技术,提出基于J2EE多层框架的项目申报系统的解决方案,采用多层次的体系结构,将平台分为客户层、Web层、应用层和EIS层,与传统的项目申报相比,提高了系统灵活性、可复用性和可维护性.
