雨课堂下留学生皮肤性病学混合式教学的研究

摘    要:目的为进一步深化教学改革,响应"停课不停学"的号召,改善留学生教学质量,本文基于雨课堂平台将混合式教学模式运用于留学生皮肤性病学教学课堂中,从而探讨新型教学模式和方法在留学生皮肤教学中应用的优点及不足。方法选取我校2017级MBBS留学生60人作为试验组授课对象,将使用相同教学大纲及教材的2016级留学生作为对照组传统教学授课对象。授课总学时为16学时,每次2学时,分为八堂不同主题的临床教学课。通过课堂表现、阶段性测试成绩和问卷调查三个方面进行结果分析。结果试验组在课堂表现专注力、回答问题准确率、师生有效互动的次数均高于对照组。问卷调查中在分析能力、求知欲、系统化能力等多方面的结果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),在阶段性考核中发现试验组学生成绩及优秀率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于雨课堂平台的留学生混合式教学模式有利于提高学生学习的积极性,综合分析能力以及诊疗思维能力,对于留学生的教学是值得推广的一种教学方法。

Abstract:Objective In order to further deepen the teaching reform,respond to the call of "no class and no school suspension" during the epidemic period,and improve the teaching quality of international students,this paper applied the blended-learning mode to the teaching of Dermatology and Venereology for international students based on the rain classroom platform,so as to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the new teaching mode and method in the teaching of foreign students.Methods 60 MBBS students of grade 2017 in our university were selected as the teaching objects of the experimental group,and the 2016 international students who used the same syllabus and teaching materials were selected as the traditional teaching objects of the control group.The total teaching time is 16 class hours,2 class hours each time.It is divided into eight clinical teaching courses with different themes.The results are analyzed from three aspects:classroom performance,stage test results and questionnaire survey.Results The experimental group showed higher concentration in class,the accuracy of answering questions and the number of effective interactions between teachers and students than the control group.In the questionnaire survey,the results of analytical ability,thirst for knowledge and systematic ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the phased examination,it was found that the scores and excellent rate of students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended-learning mode based on rain classroom platform is conducive to improve students’ learning enthusiasm,comprehensive analysis ability and diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,which is a teaching method worthy of promotion for foreign students.
