| 摘 要： | 就完善我国资源性产品价格形成机制的原则与具体措施进行了论述。认为要在坚持市场取向和政府调控相结合的总的原则下,通过建立和完善资源产权市场体系,深化资源行业市场结构改革,建立以市场为基础的价格调控机制,完善资源环境补偿的制度安排,以及依靠科技进步降低资源相对价格等措施,使反映市场供求关系、资源稀缺程度、环境损害成本的生产要素和资源价格形成机制得以逐步完善。
