| 摘 要： | 目的研究地榆升白片治疗抗精神病药物所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取相应患者，随机分为两组。研究组80例，口服地榆升白片；对照组80例，口服利可君片，疗程8周。每周观察外周血自细胞的升高值。结果研究组总有效率为88．75％优于对照组的总有效率75．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后白细胞上升快。结论地榆升白片是一种安全、有效的治疗抗精神病药物所致白细胞减少症的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of treating antipsychotic-induced leukopenia with Diyu Shengbai Tablets. Meth- ods To divide the patients into two goups randomly as therapy group and control group. The therapy group used Diyu Shengbai Tablets and the control group used Leucogen Tablets for eight weeks. To observe the number of WBC in blood every week. Results The total efficiency of therapy group was superior to control group.The total efficiency of therapy group and control group was 88.75% and 75.00% respectively, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The WBC with the therapy group improved quickly. Conclusion Diyu Shengbai Tablets is more suitable and safer to treat antipsychotic-induced leu- copenia patients to rise WBC. |
