| 摘 要： | "卓越工程师教育培养计划"是教育部启动的一项重大改革计划。作为高校的重要组成机构,图书馆必须适应当前高等教育教学改革方向,积极参与高校教育改革和卓越工程师人才培养。在阐述"卓越工程师教育培养计划"特点的基础上,分析了高校教育教学改革与创新型人才培养对图书馆的新要求;针对目前图书馆在为教学科研服务以及创新型人才培养中存在的问题,从大学生创新能力培养、学习资源库和资源共建共享平台构建以及图书馆人才队伍建设等几个方面提出了卓越工程师培养背景下图书馆创新服务策略。
