磁致伸缩位移传感器电路系统的设计

摘    要:为了实现磁致伸缩位移传感器的低成本化,提出了一种基于MSP430单片机的电路方案,分析设计了脉冲功率放大、信号放大与整形、时间测量、传感器输出接口等电路模块。磁致伸缩效应的特性,以及高精度时问测量电子电路的实现,保证了传感器的测量精度。电路系统各部分信号的实验波形和测试数据表明,传感器具有较高的整体性能,为传感器的低成本产品化生产奠定了基础。

Abstract:With the purpose of diminishing cost of magnetostrictive displacement sensor,a new circuit scheme is proposed based on the microcontroller MSP430,including power amplifier circuit for micropulse,signal amplification and shaping circuit,time measuring circuit and interface circuit for the sensor.The character of magnetostrictive effect,together with the realization of high-precision time measuring circuit,lead to sensor's precision.Signal waveforms and test data of experiment indicate that this kind of displ...
