基于MPEG-4算法的视频采集卡设计

数字视频监控系统以其直观、方便、信息内容丰富的特点越来越受到人们的重视，已成为安全防范系统的重要组成部分。视频采集子系统主要完成视频图像的采集和压缩，是数字化视频监控中最核心的部分，直接影响着整个监控系统性能和质量的好坏。针对新一代的视频监控系统对视频图像的质量和实时性的要求，本文设计出一种基于DSP和PCI接口的视频采集卡。
