工艺因素稳定性对冷硬铸铁凸轮轴质量的影响

摘    要:大批量生产实践表明:工艺因素的细微波动会对神龙凸轮轴的材质产生大的影响,工艺因素的控制要保证“五个稳定”,即炉料配比稳定,过热温度和时间稳定,化学成分稳定,孕育剂加入量和白口深度稳定,浇注温度和时间稳定。加强工艺过程管理,保证工艺因素的“五个稳定”后,神龙凸轮轴材料质量废品率控制在3%以下,综合废品率控制在10%以下。

Abstract:The practice of large scale production showed that a slight fluctuation of process factors would cause quite obvious influence on the material quality of Shenlong car camshafts. The control of process factors should ensure "five factors must be stable" that is: charge mixture ratio must be stable; superheating temperature and time must be stable; chemical compositon must be stable; inoculant amount and chill width must be stable; prouring temperature and time must be stable. As a result of intensifying process control to ensure five factors to be stable, the material quality-caused rejection rate of Shenlong camshafts has been controlled to be lower than 3% ,and the comprehensive rejection rate to be lower than 10%.
