宝钢3号高炉操作内型的形成与维护

摘    要:总结了宝钢3号高炉设计内型及形成操作内型的过程。介绍了厚壁高炉投产初期内型的演变。当操作内型合理化之后,高炉具备了薄壁高炉的特征,操控性能良好,获得了良好的操作指标。采取有效的维护操作内型的措施,使宝钢3号高炉经历了17年的生产仍具有良好的活力。

Abstract:In this paper,some experiences on the design of furnace cave profile and its adaption to the routine operations are summarized for blast furnace No.3(BF3) at Baosteel.With the stabilization of operation profile,the BF3 has some features of thin-wall blast furnace and became easier to operate.Gradually the operation profile tended to be reasonable and adaptable for the routine operations,and some satisfactory operational indices have been achieved.During 17 years of continuous production,some measures have been taken to maintain the operation profile of BF3 with the purpose of great activeness and favorable operational indices.
