| 摘 要： | 目的了解本实验室IRISiQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪用于尿液常规分析时与Di-asys尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞和白细胞的可比性。方法用IQ200和Diasys分析仪同时检测了158例临床患者的随机尿标本的红细胞和白细胞,并对结果进行分析。结果在iQ200检测的白细胞结果与在Diasys分析仪上检测的结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将检测结果按男女性别分组分析,男性组尿液中的红细胞、白细胞在两种仪器上的检测结果比较差异无统计学意义;女性组尿液中的红细胞、白细胞在两种仪器上的检测结果比较,iQ200检测的白细胞结果高于Diasys,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行尿液检测的标准化很有必要。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the comparability of IQ200 and Diasys urine analyzer in detecting red blood cell and white blood cell. Methods 158 Patients′ urine samples were detected by the IQ200 and the Diasys urine analyzer respectively almost at the same time,and the results of RBC and WBC were analyzed. Results WBC results are significant different between the two kinds analyzers( P < 0. 05) ,the WBC results from iQ200 are higher than Diasys. When the data were divided into two groups according to the sex,This phenomenon exist in female group instead of male group. Conclusion It is very necessary to standardize the urine sediment detection. |
