摘    要:以自来水为原水对砂滤-陶瓷膜装置连续供水,考察了膜通量随时间变化情况。试验结果表明:与传统的预处理方式相比,采用砂滤-陶瓷膜工艺可以长时间在较高膜通量下连续运行,通量为80L/h,并且在去除浊度、总铁、细菌等方面具有较明显的优势,出水浊度低于0.1NTU,总铁的去除率达到90%,细菌的去除率接近100%。因此,采用砂滤-陶瓷膜工艺作为反渗透膜的预处理在技术上是可行的。

Abstract:The combination of sand-filtration and ceramic membrane filtration process was used to filter water continuously by taking the tap water as raw water in the experiment, and the data of the flux with the time was obtained. The experimental results indicated that the combinatorial process could operate in a higher flux state continuously compared with the traditional way, the flux could reach 80 L/h, and it had definite advantage in removal of turbidity, total iron and bacterium. The turbidity in effluent was lower than 0.1NTU and the removal efficiency of total iron was 90 % and bacteria was almost totally removed. Therefore, it was technically feasible to take the combination of sand-filtration and cermic membrane filtration process as the pretreatment of RO membrane.
