西瓜枯萎病菌分离及致病力测定

摘    要:对采自我国不同地区的西瓜枯萎病病株,进行了病原菌分离鉴定和致病性测定。结果表明:西瓜枯萎病病原菌是尖孢镰刀菌,对西瓜幼苗的平均病株率为72.8%;分离到的茄镰刀菌和半裸镰刀菌对西瓜幼苗也有一定的致病力,造成西瓜幼苗下胚轴基部水浸状腐烂,平均病株率分别为18.1%和20.0%。尖孢镰刀菌不同菌株的致病力也存在差异,除来自海南的菌株外,来自其他各地区的菌株平均病株率均〉70%;只有采自海南的菌株中出现了对西瓜幼苗没有致病力的菌株,海南所有菌株的平均病株率仅为33%。2010年研究结果显示,来自海南的菌株与来自其他地区的菌株之间存在致病力差异。

Abstract:Watermelon wilt pathogens were isolated from diseased watermelon plants in China,and the pathogenicity was determined.The results showed that the pathogen was Fusarium oxysporum,and the average disease incidence rate was 72.8%.F.solani and F.semitectum were also isolated,which could develop light-colored,water-soaked areas on the base of hypocotyl,with the disease incidence rate of 18.1% and 20.0%,respectively.The pathogenicity of different strains of F.oxysporum was different.There was difference in the pathogenicity of different isolates of F.oxysporum.The average disease incidence rate was above 70%,excep for isolates from Hainan with the disease incidence rate of 33%.The results above showed that the pathogenicity of isolates from Hainan was different from those from other regions.
