油井管杆磨蚀规律的试验研究

摘    要:研究不同油井环境对管杆磨蚀的影响规律,可以指导油田正确选择使用管杆材料。鉴于此,通过油井管杆磨蚀试验机,探讨了油井温度、径向载荷等因素对常用管杆材料磨蚀率的影响。试验结果认为:(1)随着温度的升高,管杆磨蚀率逐渐增大,而当腐蚀介质升高到一定温度时,管杆磨蚀率又有下降的趋势;(2)无论在什么温度条件下,非调质钢接箍与涂料油管组合使用的磨蚀率均小于20CrMo接箍与J55油管和20CrMo接箍与N80油管组合使用的磨蚀率;(3)管杆磨蚀率均随着径向载荷的增加而增大。

Abstract:Studying the abrasive wear rules of sucker rod and tubing in various oil wells may be helpful to the reasonable selection of the materials for the rod and tubing. By means of the rod-tubing abrasive wear testing machine, the effect of the well temperature and radial load on the abrasive wear rate of the commonly-used rod and tubing materials is investigated. The results show that, (1) the abrasive wear rate becomes larger and larger with the rise of the temperature, and it decreases while the temperature of the corrosion medium rises to a certain degree; (2) the abrasive wear rate of the non quenched-tempered steel collar and coated tubing assembly is lower than that of the 20CrMo collar and J55 tubing assembly and the 20CrMo collar and N80 tubing assembly under any temperature condition; (3) the abrasive wear of the rod and tubing increases with the increase of the radial load.
