高浓度矿井水的处理方案与实践

摘    要:在采煤过程中,会涌出一定量的矿井水,经煤水分离后的矿井水所含煤泥悬浮物浓度较高,要进一步处理才能外排或利用。针对高庄矿矿井煤泥水的特性,采用了高效浓缩机一次处理、迷宫式斜板沉淀池二次处理、压滤机回收煤泥的矿井水处理方案,出水悬浮物质量浓度降至70mg/L以下,符合国家一级排放标准。文中介绍了该处理工艺方案及实践效果。

Abstract:During coal mining,a certain amount of mine water will effuse. The concentration of the mine water gets higher, after the coal water separation. It needs further treatment,so as to discharge and reuse. On the basis of the character of the slime water in Gaozhuang mine, the first treatment is carried out in a concentration machine,the second treatment is carried out in a labyrinth lamella setting basin and the mine water of the slime is recovered in a compressor. The concentration of the outlet water is under 70 mg/L,coming up to the First Grade National Discharge Standard. The treatment scheme of mine water and its effect are introduced.
