| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种现代汽车制造厂对零部件供应商进行质量控制的先进管理模式，它包括对零部件的设计、生产、包装、交付等环节进行全面控制。主机厂通过对供应商质量能力的评估、零部件设计的认可、生产工艺流程的确认、样件的接受、预批量供货验证、批量供货零部件的验收、供应商质量能力的再评估、供货零部件免检验收、供应商巡视等过程来实现对零部件供应质量的保证与控制。

| Abstract: | An advanced quality management mode for automobile component part supply is introduced, which includes the control over all process of design, production, packing, delivery, etc. Quality assurance of component parts is realized by OEM through several activities including evaluation of supplier, approval of component parts, confirmation of process, acceptation of prototype, veification of pilot supply and mass supply, re-evaluation of suppliers, free inspection of product supplied, surveillance visit, etc. |
