潜艇鱼雷武器系统作战效能的模糊综合评价

潜艇鱼雷武器系统是现代潜艇作战的最基本、最重要的武器系统之一，其作战效能的高低将直接影响潜艇的作战效果。通过对影响潜艇鱼雷武器系统作战效能各因素的分析．建立了作战效能综合评价的指标体系．在借鉴WSEIAC模型的基础上，应用模糊综合评价的方法建立了数学模型，并给出算例与仿真，结果表明，应用此方法可较好的评估潜艇鱼雷武器系统的作战效能，并为其方案论证、研发及作战使用提供参考．

Comprehensive Fuzzy Assessment on Operational Effectiveness of Submarine Torpedo Weapon System

Submarine torpedo weapon system is one of the most important and basic weapon systems in modern submarine warfare. Its operational effectiveness exerts a direct influence on the combating effect of submarine. By analyzing the factors which affect the operational effectiveness of submariue torpedo weapon system, comprehensive assessment indexes system for the operational effectiveness is built up. A comprehensive assessment model of operational effectiveness and a simulation example are given here by using fuzzy comprehensive assessment method and the WSEIAC model. The resuh shows that the proposed method can well be used to assess the operational effectiveness of submarine torpedo weapon system, and to supply reference to project demonstration, research and operation of the weapon system.
