没药炮制工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:筛选出没药的最佳炮制方法与炮制工艺。方法:以收率、出粉率、挥发油、外观为评价指标,先筛选没药的4种不同炮制方法(蒸法、煮法、烘法、醋炙),再用正交设计对最佳方法进行最佳炮制工艺的优选。结果:48制没药以烘制法最好,其最佳炮制工艺为125℃烘2.5h,药物直径为0.5cm。结论:烘制法为没药的最佳炮制方法。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the best processing method and processing technique of Myrrha. Methods: The control indexes were selected as follows, yielding rate, extraction rate, oils and appearance, and selected four processing methods (steaming processing, decocting method, baking, stir fly with vinegar). The best processing technique of best processing method was optimized by orthogonal design. Results: The best processing method of Myrrha was baking, and the best processing technique was suggested as follows, baked 2.5 hours at 125℃, drug diameter was 0.5 centimeter. Conchusion: The best processing method of Myrrha is baking.
