新型捕收剂T-2K在铜矿山中的应用

新药剂T -2K具有强捕收能力和高选择性 ,是铜硫分离的优良捕收剂。闭路试验结果表明 ,与传统黄药工艺相比 ,T -2K捕收剂用于德兴铜矿可分别提高铜精矿中铜、金回收率 1.5 3 %和 2 .45 % ;用于永平铜矿可分别提高铜精矿中铜、金和银回收率 1.95 %、4.17%和 6.0 8% ;用于华光金属选矿厂能提高铜精矿中铜回收率 5 %左右。

THE APPLICATIONS OF NEW COLLECTOR T-2K IN COPPER MINES

The new collector T-2K,having strong power for copper sulfide minerals and high selectivity against iron sulfide minerals,is an excellent collector for the copper minerals separation from sulfur minerals.The results of closed circuit show that compared with the traditional collector xanthate,the new collector T-2K have increased the recoveries in the copper concentrate for copper 1.53% and for gold 2.45% in Dexing copper mine,and for copper 1.95%,for silver 4.17% and for gold 6.08% in Yongping copper mine,and for copper 5% in Huaguang Mineral Processing Plant.
