摘    要:利用电弧熔炼及铜模快速铸造的方法制备Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金,通过高分辨电子显微镜研究过冷液相区和晶化初期晶核的形成、纳米晶粒长大。结果表明,Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5块体非晶合金晶化初期,利用高分辨像能观察到晶格点阵特征条纹。很难区分过冷液相区内微小区域的结构特征,借助高分辨像的傅里叶变换技术很容易地辨别出晶化前与相分离有关的结构变化。纳米晶粒以聚合型和单独晶核两种方式生长。

Abstract:Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni10Cu12.5 Be 22.5 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by arc-melting and copper mould rapid casting.The formation of the crystal nucleus in the supercooled liquid region,the nanocrystalline grain growth at initial stages were observed by high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM).It is shown that the crystal lattice stripes can be observed in HRTEM images at initial stages.The structural change of the phase separation in the supercooled liquid region is difficult to identify by HRTE...
