基于DSP的钻井黏滑振动控制系统的研究

摘    要:针对在石油钻井过程中存在的黏滑振动现象,提出一种以TMS320F2812 DSP为控制核心的黏滑振动控制系统。系统通过CAN总线与变频器通信,通过调节变频器转速来抑制黏滑振动。在系统总体框架下,重点分析了DSP的软件和硬件设计方案。最终,对整个系统在井场进行了现场测试。结果表明,系统能够跟随转速和转矩的变化规律,快速地对变频器转速进行调节,对黏滑振动具有较好的抑制作用,同时系统具有良好的通用性能,只需要修改控制算法,就可使用于不同的钻井系统。

Abstract:As stick-slip behavior existing widely in oil-well drill processes,a solution of drill-string torsional vibrations based on TMS320F2812 DSP is presented.This system communicates with transducer by CAN,and damps torsional vibrations by modulating transducer rotary speed.In the framework of the overall system,hardware and software designs of DSP are analyzed.The whole system is tested on the field drilling rig.Results show that the system can follow the changes of transducer rotary speed and torque,and has good damping effect on stick-slip.At the same time,the system has good general performance,only as long as modifing the control algorithm,it can be applied to different drill systems.
