摘    要:介绍了斜推杆抽芯机构的工作原理、类型和设计要点,以某电子产品的上盖成型为例,巧妙采用斜推杆抽芯机构完成内、外倒扣的成型和抽芯,避免侧向分型,简化了模具结构。介绍了注射模工作过程和设计要点,模具结构设计合理,生产的塑件质量稳定。

Abstract:The operating principle,types and design points of inclined-knockout core-pulling mechanism were presented.The application of the inclined core-pulling mechanism in the forming of the internal and external upended section and the core-pulling is effective and prevents the mould from side-parting.The operating process and design points of the injection mould were stated.
