| 摘 要： | 目的:对铁路地区常规免疫报告接种率数据进行分析,评价乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB)纳入儿童计划免疫规划后的工作质量及其影响因素。方法:利用同期HepB实种人数和百白破联合疫苗(DPT)应种人数相比,估算HepB接种情况。结果:5年来,报告HepB全程接种率较高,分别是98.36%、98.26%、98.99%、98.70%、99.24%,但估算接种率较低,5年分别是86.42%、91.25%、93.37%、95.49%、96.31%。结论:报告接种率与估算接种率存在着一定的差距,提示还存在着一定的免疫空白点,需进一步加强HepB纳入免疫规划工作,不能松懈。
