转鼓式细粉分级器的分级性能及其计算模型

摘    要:用回归方法得到转鼓式细粉分级器流场的计算公式,根据这类分级器的结构特点确立了不同的边界条件。按照单颗粒受力分析,计算了粒径不同的各粒级的运动轨迹,从而建立了一套计算模型。利用开发出的计算机程序,计算出了这类分级器在不同结构参数下的分级锐度。经过对比,计算结果与实验结果比较吻合。

Abstract:On the basis of the regressed flow field formulas of rotary drum fine powder classifier, different boundary conditions were determined according to the configuration of this type of classifier. The moving trajectories of all particles with different sizes are calculated according to the analysis of forces on a single particle.A calculating model for classifier performance is set up. By the use of the designed computer program, the classifying sharpness of this type of classifier with different configuration parameters can be obtained. The calculated results and the experimental results are well identical.
