网格圈型集聚纺集聚区纤维运动轨迹模拟分析

摘    要:为获得网格圈型集聚纺集聚区的纤维运动轨迹,首先由流场模拟获得了集聚区的速度场,然后建立了纤维微元在气流场中动力学模型,最后通过Matlab编程模拟了不同初始位置的单纤维运动轨迹。研究结果表明:不同初始位置的纤维在气流作用下的运动轨迹不同,纤维之间发生相互穿插现象;纤维在Y轴向气流作用下逐渐靠近并贴伏在网格圈表面;不同初始位置的纤维运动轨迹反应出集聚区须条集聚过程可分为快速集聚区、调整集聚区和稳定集聚区。

Abstract:To get the trajectory of fiber in condensing zone of compact spinning with lattice apron,the velocity field of condensing zone was achieved by simulation of flow field,then a dynamic model of infinitesimal element of fiber in the airflow filed was established,and finally,trajectories of fibers at different initial positions were simulated by specially designed MatLab procedure.The results show that trajectories of fibers at different initial positions are different,and the fibers are interwoven with each ot...
