高师女大学生身体锻炼与社会支持、应对方式、抑郁倾向的相关研究

摘    要:采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对高师女大学生身体锻炼与社会支持、应对方式、抑郁倾向进行了相关研究.研究表明,身体锻炼、社会支持和应对方式是影响抑郁倾向的因素,是缓解突发应激事件的手段;身体锻炼对抑郁具有预防作用,并可以增进社会支持和改进应对方式.

Abstract:The approaches adopted were questionnaire and statistics. The aim of the work is to reveal how exercises are in relation to social support, interaction manner, depression inclination. It indicated that exercises, social support and interaction manner had an effect on depression inclination and could relieve the crisis; exercises can prevent depression from happening and promote social support and improve interaction.
