摘    要:针对电阻点焊质量保证体系现状,研制了以工控机等硬件为基础,采用多种传感器全面监测焊接过程,获得表征焊接过程和质量的特征信息,以此构建了径向基函数神经网络质量评估等多种评判算法,实现对每一焊点进行监测和质量信息化的计算机软硬件系统。试验表明,该系统基于可视化界面,方便直观地实现了工艺参数的优化、过程的监测和诊断,以及焊点质量在线评估等功能,对焊点质量的在线评估准确率达到98.6%。

Abstract:Aiming at actuality in quality assure system of resistance spot welding,hardware and software of the computer system are developed for monitoring welding process and sensoring joint quality information.First,the system real-tlme monitors the whole welding process by means of muhi-sensors to sampling characteristic parameters that can be reflected the process and joint quality. Secondly,several kinds of arithmetic used for process diagnosis and quality evaluation are set up,such as Radial Basic Function neural network arithmetic,etc.Test result show,this system can simply and amicably realize welding parameters optimizing,the welding process monitoring and diagnosing,joint quality evaluating and the other functions on basis of visual interface. The exact rate of .joint quality evaluation on-line is to 98.6%.
