摘    要:当前,人工智能已经成为一项引领未来的战略性技术,我国已将发展人工智能纳入国策,并对人工智能人才培养提出了明确的目标。本文在回顾人工智能发展历史和当前国内外人才储备情况对比的基础上,明确了当前人工智能人才的需求存在于两个方面:具有前瞻性的学术研究人才和具有实用性的工程人才。因此,在人才培养过程中,我们需要强调具有学科交叉融合能力和创新能力的复合型人才培养。作为电力行业人才培养的基地,华北电力大学在人工智能发展的关键期迅速把握时机,树立培养人工智能交叉学科人才的理念,梳理“人工智能+X”的人才培养整体思路,明确具体实施途径,以期为我国电力行业人工智能发展培养优质人才。

Abstract:Artificial intelligence has become a strategic technology leading the future in the current day. China has incorporated the development of artificial intelligence into national policy, and has set clear goals for the training of artificial intelligence talents. Based on a review of the artificial intelligence history and the comparison between current domestic and foreign talent reservation, this article clarifies that the current artificial intelligence talents demand exists in two aspects: forward-looking academic research talent and practical engineering talents. Therefore, in the process of talent training, we need to emphasize the training of compound talents with interdisciplinary integration and innovation capabilities. As a base for talent training in the power industry, with a view to train high-quality talents for the development of artificial intelligence in China"s electric power industry, North China Electric Power University seized the opportunity in the critical period of the artificial intelligence development, established the concept of training artificial intelligence interdisciplinary talents, combed the overall idea of talent training of "AI + X", and clarified specific implementation approaches.
