计算机与PLC通信技术在煤矿探测与救援机器人中的应用

摘    要:机器人内部各个控制模块之间的通信、下位机PLC模块与上位机PC之间的通信是机器人智能控制中的重要环节。以某大学研制的煤矿探测与救援机器人为平台,介绍下位机中多个PLC的通信过程及下位机与上位机通信的实现,重点阐述了采用Visual C++6.0开发串行通信程序来实现PC与PLC实时通信的过程。通过PC对机器人的通信控制实验证明,这种通信方式简单有效、实时性较强。

Abstract:The communication between the inner parts of the robot,and the communication between upper and lower computer are important part in intelligent control of robot.The realizations of the communications between several programmable controllers(PLC) in the robot were introduced.The realization of the communication between PC and PLC based on Visual C++ 6.0 was demonstrated in detail.All the experiments were made based on the coal mine detecting and rescue robot developed by some institute.The experimental results prove that the communication method is simple,effective and has good real-time performance.
