| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参芪地黄汤为主治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法 将62例精尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,其中对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组采用参芪地黄汤治疗.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组总有效率为74.2%,两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 参芪地黄汤为主治疗糖尿病肾病优于西医常规治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of treating diabetic nephropathy by syndrome differentiation of TCM. Methods 62 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated by syndrome differentiation of TCM. The clinical effect was observed in both groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.3% and 74.2% respectively, showing the clinical effect in the treatment group being significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment by syndrome differentiation of TCM on diabetic nephropathy is better than routine western medicine. |
