巧克力冷却隧道结构分析和优化研究

摘    要:以某厂的巧克力冷却隧道整机为研究对象,采用有限元分析和结构优化设计理论,应用UGNX高级仿真技术,首先建立巧克力冷却隧道的有限元模型,通过解算器NXNASTRAN对有限元模型进行求解,获取巧克力冷却隧道在额定载荷下的位移、变形和应力分布;然后借助高级仿真的几何优化设计手段,对巧克力冷却隧道进行结构优化,得到最佳零件优化组合的巧克力冷却隧道设计方案,实现了机械的现代化设计。

Abstract:In this paper, we focus on studying a factory's chocolate cooling machine, with the theory of finite-element analysis and optimum structural design and the technologies of UG NX Advanced Snuulation skill. Fh-stly, a finite-element model of chocolate cooling rmchine is set up. The model is then solved by the solver NX NASTRAN so that to get the displacement, deformation and stress distffoution at rated load. Secondly, by the means of advanced and simulated geometry optimization design, the chocolate cooling machine could be optimized. In this case, we can get the design scheme of chocolate coolhag machine with compoent oprimization to achieve the modem design of machinery.
