凉山州HIV/AIDS流行特点与对策分析

目的]了解凉山州艾滋病流行情况,为制定防治策略提供依据.方法]分析凉山州1995～2007年6月艾滋病疫情、监测和流行病学资料.结果]自1995年以来凉山州累计发现艾滋病病毒感染者5995例.近3年来艾滋病感染数量分剔以48.8%、12.4%、72.6%速度递增;2003～2007年6月共报告病例5275例,占总累计报告人数的87.99%;通过人口金字塔来描述感染人群的性别、年龄分布:感染者以20～30岁组为主,占总发现数的78%.感染者中彝族占40.95%;经静脉吸毒途径感染者占总数的46.34%,感染者中男性是女性的9.27倍.结论]凉山州正面临防制艾滋病(AIDS)的关键时期,应立即采取有效的防制措施.

ANALYSIS OF EPIDEMIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND COUNTERMEASURE OF AIDS IN LIANGSHAN STATE

Objective] To investigate the prevalent situation of HIV/AIDS in Liangshan state, and to provide basis for formulating strategy, to preventing and controlling HIV/AIDS. Methods] The epidemic status, surveillance and epidemiologic data of HIV/AIDS during July 1995 to July 2007 were analyzed. Results] A total of 5995 patients with HIV/AIDS have been found in Liangshan State since 1995. The infective rate of HIV/AIDS showed to be progressively increased by 48.8%, 12.4% and 72% respectively for recently three year. 5 275 eases with HIV/AIDS were reported from June 2003 to June 2007, accounted for 87.99% of all the eases with HIV reported. The gender and age of the infective population was described by using population pyramid. The main age of infecting with HIV/AIDS was within 20 to 30 years old, accounting for 78% of all the eases with HIV reported. The eases with the nationalitv of Yi people accounted for 40.95%. Cases intravenous injection of drugs accounted for 46.34%. and among them. male with HIV/AIDS was 9.27 times as much as female with HIV/AIDS. Conclusion] Liangshan state is in face of a critical period of prevention and control for AIDS, effective measures should be taken to prevent and control HIV/AIDS.
