| Abstract: | This paper discusses the methods of using incremental and absolute photoelectric encoders to measure precisely the rotor speed and position of the generator with variable pitch blades and the rotor speed of a double-feedback generator in the wind power generation control system so realizes the blade angle control and the servo control of the double-feedback generator. |
