| 摘 要： | 捷达轿车排气管需采用蠕墨铸铁制造，对用不同蠕化剂获得铸件的组织与性能对比，找出了合理的处理工艺。采用蠕化剂成分为ＲＥ１０．７％，Ｍｇ３．５％，Ｓｉ４１．２％时，对于壁厚为３ｍｍ的薄铸件可以稳定地获得蠕化率大于５０％的铁素体蠕墨铸铁。

| Abstract: | The engine exhaust used on Jetta is made of vermicular graphite cast iron Reasonable vermiculation process is found by comparing the structure and properties of the castings obtained by using different vermiculators When a vermiculator containing 10 79% RE,3 5% Mg and 41 25% Si is used, a vermiculation rate larger than 50% can be stably obtained in castings with wall thickness of 3 mm |
