| 摘 要： | 针对雷达装备参数项目测试级别分析中存在的评价因素多、信息模糊等导致评价结果不合理问题,引入模糊综合评判法来构建评价模型.该模型定义了影响参数项目测试级别的因素量化标度,建立了评价因素集、评语集和权重集,通过专家打分方式构建了单因素评判矩阵,采用加权平均法求得模糊综合评价集和综合评价结果,从而确定被评参数项目的测试级别.实例分析表明:该方法的评价结果合理,可信度高,能较好地解决雷达装备参数项目测试级别的确定问题.
