| 摘 要： | 采用灰色系统理论和均方差赋权的评价方法对陕西省纺织企业资源整合能力的战略支持度、组织支持度、资源整合能力、技术支持度、市场适应性、资本运营能力等6个维度进行了分层逐级评价．从评价结果可以看出企业在不同维度方面的优劣所在，从而为各级决策部门提供科学决策依据．

| Abstract: | Through the evaluation and analysis of resource integration capability of textile enterprise in Shaaxi, the grey system and MSE weighting are adopted to analyze the six dimensions of resource integration capability gradually it includes, strategic support, organizational support, resource integration, technical support, market adaptability., capital operation ability. From the result of the evaluation, advantages and disadvantages of different dimensions can he achieved, then on the basis of the result the scientific decision can be made by all level decision departments. |
