摘    要: 以Fe(NO3)3•9H2O和氨含量为28%的氨水为原料,制备了Fe2O3•SO42-型固体超强酸催化剂,在该固体超强酸的催化作用下,由长链醇和苯酚合成了系列长链烷基酚。通过分析比较在不同条件下反应产物产率的变化,考察了催化剂焙烧温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度和醇/酚摩尔比对烷基化反应的影响。结果表明,Fe2O3•SO42-型固体超强酸对长链醇与苯酚的烷基化反应有良好的催化效果,焙烧温度为550℃时催化剂的催化活性最佳;反应条件即醇/酚摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量的最佳值均随烷基链的增长略有增加。

Abstract:Fe2O3SO42- solid superacid catalyst was prepared by using Fe(NO3)39H2O and 28% aqua ammonia. Long chain alkylphenols were synthesized from phenol and long chain alcohols in the presence of this solid superacid. Some factors affecting the alkylphenols yield such as calcination temperature, catalytic dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and the mole ratio of alcohol to phenol were discussed. The results showed that the Fe2O3SO42- solid superacid has upstanding catalytic performance for the alkylation of long chain alcohol and phenol. Especially, the catalyst calcinated at 550℃ possessed optimum catalytic activity on the alkylations. The optimum value of mole ratio of alcohol to phenol, reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage increased slightly as the alkyl chain carbon number increased.
