摘    要:介绍一种用于老电站水轮机更新改造中的水力优化设计方法,即基于全流道三维粘性流场数值模拟的性能预测评估的数字化优化设计方法。该方法能够在大部分部件不变的情况下,考虑在水轮机改造过程中的诸多约束条件和更新改造的目标的条件进行优化设计。利用多工况性能预测便于优化需要改造的过流部件并与不更新的部件保持良好的匹配性,使得更新改造后的水轮机能在更宽广的范围内高效运行。与传统模型试验方法相比,降低了研发成本。文中的方法已用于映秀湾电站的水轮机改造,证明是可行的,其优化设计方法可用于老电站水轮机更新改造的目标制定,并且是研发成本和缩短周期的有效技术途径。
