中西医结合治疗外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫的疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫的临床效果。方法:2004年1月～2008年12月对外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫的98例患者进行椎管减压内固定术及术后使用降纤酶,并配合中药治疗,治疗前后采用Barthel指数法对患者的日常生活活动(ADL)能力进行评定。结果:治疗后98例患者的Barthel指数评分均明显高于治疗前(P0.05)。结论:椎管减压内固定术及术后使用降纤酶,并配合中药治疗外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in treatment of Traumatic SpinalCord Injury and Paraplegia

Objective：To explore the effects of Chinese and western medicine in treating traumatic spinal cord injury and paraplegia. Methods：After spinal decompression,internal fixation and post-operative use of defibrase,traditional Chinese medicine was applied at the same time on 98 cases of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury and paraplegia from January 2004 to December 2008. The Barthel Index Method was used to evaluate the patients＇ activities of daily living before and after treatment. Results：Barthel index scores after the treatment were significantly higher than before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Spinal decompression and internal fixation as well as post-operative use of defibrasef and traditional Chinese medicine have satisfactory effect on traumatic paraplegia.
