遵义市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病／性病知识及行为监测分析

目的了解2011年遵义市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓情况及艾滋病／性病相关行为发生状况，为制定防控策略提供依据。方法对2011年4-7月前来性病门诊就诊的〉15岁男性就诊者进行问卷调查，同时采集静脉血作HIV、HCV、梅毒抗体血清学检测。结果性病门诊400例男性就诊者中，艾滋病知识知晓率为26．8％，最近一年接受预防艾滋病相关干预服务的比例仅为9％，近3个月与小姐发生性行为率14．5％，近3个月与临时性伴发生性行为率22．4％，HIV检出率0．8％，梅毒检出率12．5％，未检出丙肝。结论性病门诊艾滋病知识知晓率低，性病检出率高，需针对性病门诊男性就诊者进行干预，结合安全性行为和安全套的推广使用，减少艾滋病／性病的传播。

Monitoring and analysis on Zunyi City, male STD clinic attenders of AIDS / STD knowledge and behavior

Objective 2011 in Zunyi City, male STD clinic attenders AIDS knowledge and AIDS / STD related behavioral situation, provide the basis for developing prevention and control strategy. Methods On2011 4-7month STD outpatients aged 15 and older male patients were investigated, and blood samples were collected and HIV, HCV, serological detection of syphilis antibody. Results In 400 cases of male STD clinic attenders, AIDS knowledge awareness rate of 26.8%, a recent years receiving HIV / AIDS prevention intervention services accounted for only9%, nearly 3months and miss sex rate of 14.5%, nearly 3months and temporary partner sex rate was 22.4%, the positive rate of HIV0.8%, syphilis detection rate 12.5%, was not detected in C. Conclusion STD AIDS knowledge knowing rate low, prevalence of STD is high, the need for male STD clinic attenders intervention, combined with safety behavior and to promote the use of condoms, reducing AIDS/STD transmission.
