合金元素对Fe-Mn合金层错几率和阻尼性能的影响

摘    要:对Fe-19Mn、Fe-17Mn-2Cr和Fe-19Mn-1.5Si这3种合金的层错几率和阻尼性能进行研究。采用倒扭摆测试合金的阻尼性能,XRD测试合金的层错几率和ε马氏体体积分数。结果表明,3种合金的阻尼性能都随着应变振幅的增加呈现近似线形增加,这可以通过Shockley不全位错的脱钉运动来解释;Si元素增加了Fe-Mn合金的层错几率和Shockley不全位错数量,但是由于原子半径的差异,其引起的晶格畸变很大,产生的空位等缺陷钉扎了Shockley不全位错的运动,因此显著降低了Fe-Mn合金的阻尼性能;

Abstract:The stacking fault probabihty and damping capacity ofFe - 1 9 Mn, Fe - 17 Mn - 2 Cr and Fe - 19 Mn - 1.5Si alloys were studied. The damping capacity was measured using reversal torsion pendulum. The stacking fault probability and volume fraction of e - martensite were determined using XRD. The result indicated that the damping capacity of three alloys increases almost linearly with the increasing of strain amplitude. This can be explained using the breakaway model of Shockley partial dislocations. Si increases the stacking fault probability and the number of Shockley partial dislocations of Fe - Mn alloy, but decreases the damping capacity because it introduces much distortions of lattice which pin the moving of Shcokley partial dislocations. Cr also decreases the damping capacity of Fe - Mn alloy, but its effect is not heavier than Si because the distortion of lattice after adding Cr is not more serious than adding Si.
