柴油机机体铸造充型过程有限元模拟

摘    要:应用有限元法研究了12150V柴油机机体铸造的充型过程。使用有限法求解不可压缩牛顿流体流动控制方程,用体积函数法跟踪金属液自由表面的移动,预测了机体充型过程的流动速度场和温度场。以此为基础对机体铸造充型过程进行了评价,计算结果为发动机机体铸造工艺参数提供有益的参考。

Abstract:The filling process of the 12150V diesel engine block casting was studied using finite element.The incompressible,Newtonian fluid flow equations are solved using finite element method.The free surface motion of molten metal is tracked by the volumetric function approach.The results predict the molten metal flow velocity field and temperature field in the filling process of engine block casting.Based on the flow velocity field and temperature field,the filling process was evaluated.The simulating results provide the beneficial reference for the casting parameters of the engine block casting.
