摘    要:长沙市第八水厂排泥水处理工程包括第八水厂和第三水厂(总规模80万m3/d)的排泥水处理,处理流程为排泥→浓缩→贮泥→脱水。其脱水工艺具有不加药,处理后泥饼含固率≥45%,卸泥方便,自动化程度高等特点。介绍了不加药脱水系统主要处理单元设计、设备选型、运行步骤、工艺特点等。

Abstract:In the 8th Waterworks of Changsha City with capacity of 800 thousand cubic meters per day, the sludge water was disposed by process of sludge discharger, thickening tank, storage tank and dewatering house. The sludge dewatering process is full automatic, no chemical was applied and the sludge cake with solid content more than 45% is easy to loading and transportation. In this paper the unit design of this no chemical facility, including the process feature, equipment and operation are presented.
