摘    要:以显式动态有限元理论为基础,基于虚拟试验场(VPG)技术,对汽车侧面碰撞进行计算机仿真研究.在VPG环境下,对整车CAD模型划分了单元网格,定义了单元类型和材料参数,创建了焊点、接触和约束.参照ECE R95安全法规,加载移动壁障车模型,并设置碰撞初始条件.调用显示动态有限元软件LS-DYNA对仿真模型进行计算求解,得到汽车碰撞过程中应力分布和车身变形云图,以及碰撞能量和加速度曲线.通过仿真可预测出汽车碰撞的安全性能,从而为汽车质量的评价提供了依据.

Abstract:Based on the explicit dynamic finite element theory,the virtual proving ground(VPG) based vehicle side crash is simulated.Under the VPG environment,the unit element meshes are determined for the entire vehicle CAD model,whereas the element types and material parameters,together with welding nodes,contacts and constraints,are defined.According to the ECE R95 safety regulations,a motional counterguard vehicle model,along with initial crash conditions,is established.By calling the LS-DYNA,the simulation model is calculated to attain the stress distribution,vehicle-body aberration nephogram,and energy and acceleration curves.Afterwards,the vehicle crash safety performance is obtained through simulation.Therefore,this approach sets a reference for vehicle mass assessment.
