糖尿病健康教育的探讨

目的 为了让患者掌握糖尿病防治的基本知识,以减少或延缓糖尿病慢性并发症的发生,改善糖尿病患者和其家庭的生活质量.方法 随机性健康教育、座谈式教育、文字教育、举行小讲课、建立档案、针对性教育、示范性教育等.结果 通过多次综合健康教育后,对糖尿病的基本知识、防治方法、严格遵医嘱用药等方面有显著提高,参加运动的积极性提高了,有效控制血糖.结论 健康教育有利于糖尿病患者医疗护理,有利于提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,有利于建立良好的护患关系,提高患者满意度.
