Pancreatic carcinoma is a relatively common gastrointestinal malignancy.And pancreatic head carcinoma accounts for 60％ to 70％.The most widely used surgery is pancreaticoduodenectomy.This traumatic procedure has many postoperative complications,including pancreatic leakage and mortality.Pancreaticojejunostomy is the most critical step composed of pancreaticojejunostomy and pancreaticogastrostomy.A number of anastomoses are required for both steps.The appropriate methods of pancreatic reconstruction may be selected depending on the circumstances.This article reviews the common methods of pancreatic reconstruction.
