在开放式数控系统中IPC与PLC通信技术的研究

摘    要:结合开放式数控系统的研究开发,提出将外置PLC与数控系统上位机及多轴运动控制板卡配合使用,以提高其安全性和可靠性的方法,并介绍了它们之间的结构和关系.研究并采用串行中断工作方式实现了主机与PLC之间的实时通信.介绍了IPC与PLC之间的串行通信协议和通信方法,并通过所开发的非标数控机床对IPC与PLC之间通信程序的开发进行了详细阐述.实际应用表明,所开发的IPC、PLC、PMAC三方之间通信程序完全满足数控机床的工作要求.

Abstract:In combination with the research and development of open CNC system,a new approach was proposed in which an external PLC is used in combination with numerical control system supervision computer and multiple axis motion control card to improve the security and reliability of the system,and the corresponding structure and relationship were explained.Serial interruption mode was studied and adopted to actualize the real-time communication between main computer and PLC.Serial communication protocol and technique were introduced between IPC and PLC,and the development of the communication program between IPC and PLC was expounded through the developed non-standard numerical control machine tool.The real-work application shows that the communication program between IPC,PLC and PMAC satisfies the operating requirements of numerical control machine tool.
